The answer isn't more willpower, a better morning routine, or another mindset course. It's that everything you've been trying to change has been living in a nervous system that was never safe enough to change.

That's the missing piece. And it's what this program is built around.

What The Regulated Revolution actually is...

A 12-week self-directed program that starts where transformation actually starts — in your body — and moves through the three pillars of a fully reclaimed life: Audacious Abundance, Resonant Relationships, and Liberated Leadership.


The first four weeks are dedicated entirely to breathwork. Not as a wellness add-on. As the foundation. Twenty-one days of guided breathwork practices that regulate your nervous system before we ask it to do anything else. By the time the mindset work begins in Week 5, your body is ready to receive it in a way it never has been before.


This is not a course you watch passively. It is a program you live. Seven daily modules per week. A weekly orientation video. Guided breathwork audio for every practice. Journal prompts written to ask the questions you've been avoiding. And a community where I show up with voice-recorded coaching — not on a schedule, but in real time, as the work surfaces what it surfaces.


The result is not a shinier version of the life you've been living. It is a different relationship with the one you have — from the inside out, from a regulated nervous system, from a woman who has stopped waiting for permission to lead her own life.

The Three pillars

Audacious Abundance (Weeks 5–7)

Scarcity is not a circumstance. It's a nervous system state. A dysregulated body cannot perceive abundance — not in money, not in time, not in energy — because it is too busy running a threat assessment. This pillar rewires the never-enough story at the root, not through affirmations but through the regulation that makes abundance visible where it already exists.

Resonant Relationships (Weeks 8–9)

The relationships that drain you and the patterns that repeat in them are not bad luck. They're familiar — the nervous system gravitates toward what it recognizes as home. This pillar rebuilds the most important relationship first — the one with yourself — and then addresses the circle, the patterns, and the dynamics that have been costing you more than you've been willing to acknowledge.

Liberated Leadership (Weeks 10–11)

Most women spend enormous amounts of energy waiting. Waiting to feel ready. Waiting for permission. Waiting for the right time, the right credentials, the right amount of certainty. This pillar is the end of the waiting. Not through a pep talk — through the regulated nervous system that finally trusts its own knowing enough to act from it.

Who Built This - And Why...

My life imploded in a week.

Marriage. Family. Identity. The version of myself I had been performing for years — gone. All at once. And what I found in the wreckage wasn't the polished, arrived, fully-healed version of a coach. It was something more useful: a woman still in it, who had learned that the way through chaos isn't more willpower. It's a regulated nervous system.

I hold a psychology degree from Rutgers University and am a certified breathwork facilitator. But what I bring to this program is more than credentials — it's the lived experience of someone who has sat in exactly the chaos you might be sitting in right now and found the way through it. Not to a summit. To a more honest, more regulated, more fully inhabited version of this life.

I built The Regulated Revolution because I needed it to exist. The methodology — Regulate. Rewire. Rise. — is not a concept I teach. It is how I live.

I'm not here because I've arrived. I'm here because I'm on the path, and I know how to hold the space while you find yours.
