  • Do I need experience with breathwork?

    None. Week 1 starts at the very beginning. All you need is a quiet space, headphones if possible, and a willingness to show up for yourself.

  • How much time does this require each day?

    During the 21-day breathwork foundation (Weeks 1–3): 10–20 minutes per day. From Week 4 onward: 20–30 minutes per day for the daily module, journal prompt, and breathwork practice. This is designed to be sustainable, not overwhelming.

  • What is the community and how does it work?

    The program is housed in a private community platform where you access your daily modules. I show up in the community with voice-recorded coaching — responding to questions, supporting breakthroughs, and adding additional guidance as the program progresses. This is not a passive course you complete alone.

  • Is there live coaching or 1:1 support?

    This program is self-directed with community coaching included. It does not include private 1:1 sessions. If you want direct one-on-one support, I offer coaching separately — reach out to discuss what that looks like.

  • What if I fall behind?

    You go at your own pace. The modules are available when you are. There is no expiry on your access. That said, the program is designed to build week by week — the breathwork foundation genuinely makes the mindset work land differently, so I'd encourage you to follow the sequence rather than skipping ahead.
